Everything else is great but the pizza. Sent in a complaint and haven’t heard anything. Sent a picture and ended up posting on Facebook. Ordered a few pizzas and it didn’t look like a pizza it looked gross. New Yorker Hawaiian had little topping. Disappointed

Well its Domino's .. so atmosphere is irrelevant and foid is as expected. Prices have hiked recently. Only issue has been delivery a tad slow and eftpos didnt work on delivery.. they wanted to take it away while they sorted it to the credit of delivery oerson he allowed us to take the pizza and return laterwith working eftpos..but had to convince them first..

Domino’s Pizza Koutu
Ordered here around 9pm Saturday night. The young girl on the counter had excellent customer service and a great energy. The pizzas were very good, my Italian friend who is usually very fussy with her pizza was saying that the simply cheese pizza she had was one of the best pizzas she's had in ages! My pepperoni was decent too. Good work team!

Absolutely atrocious at reading specific pizza instructions, especially vegan dietary requirements. Can't count the amount of times my pizza has been wrong and has had to be remade up to 3 times (on some days) due to missing/incorrect ingredients, never any compensation for having to wait for a new pizza to be made, have had real meat and cheese on them and staff don't seem to care that they keep messing it up.Really upsetting.

Fast delivery, definitely more of toppings than P.H. YUMMY Pizzas and loved the crust. Flavour bomb. Desserts are nice as well I loved the salted-caramel mousse.

We only moved to Rotorua 6 months ago and have not had a decent pizza from most usual deliveries. Tonight we tried this branch delivery. For once we got hot tasty pizza. The toppings were extremely generous compared to all! It was still hot and delicious. Tried to call to give feed back but must have been busy. Well done on the first to make me happy in 6 months! Was beginning to think we would not get anything decent from the same companies from what was the norm at our old home town. Nice work Domino's!

Horrible experience! You guys should be ashamed of yourself and the stuff you cook and deliver for people. I really disappointed for the quality of the pizza I've got. Decided to order double bacon cheeseburger and at the end got just a dough covered with cheese and mayonnaise which is tasted disgusting and sour, hardly any ingredients! On your menu it says all lovely toppings, but the one I've got on each slice had just one piece of bacon and one tiny piece of mince the rest was just a dough with yuck splash of mayo. Is someone ate some of toppings on the way to deliver or what? Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

We waited outside the store and asked the domino's team to let us know when our order was ready, but they didn't care. Food was taste less and didn't provide serviette.

Domino’s Pizza Koutu
Rough as. Pizza was undercooked, a weird small octogon shape and pretty tastless. Obviously cranking the speed of the oven up to get through orders quickly. We ordered ealy on a Fri night and it wasnt busy, so really just a lack of care on their part. Wouldnt get pizza from them again.
