Really good quality gym with the best technogym equipment. It has all the equipment you need and excellent range of supplements too at very reasonable prices. Super clean and tidy bathrooms and friendly staff. Best gym in Albany.

Great gym and atmosphere. The machines are the smoothest ive ever used and I've been to ALOT of gyms. Missing a couple of pieces however, and at the premium price tag, you'd expect more. Going to be tricky converting people to pay $25/week when you have competitors charging as little as $8.99/weekly. If the price was cheaper, I'd be there all day! But I respect the price keeps it more exclusive which I appreciate.
