Not a good experience. Had a parcel sent here using the NZ Post counter delivery service. This Post Shop is listed on the NZ Post Website as providing this service. But I was told that they don't do this as otherwise the whole town would have their parcels delivered here and it is too much work for them to hold, scan and hand out parcels. Even though I was the only one in the shop. They shouldn't run a Post Shop if they are unwilling to provide a basic NZ Post service. I suggest to go somewhere else for your postal needs.
