Timona Park

stayed the night at the freedom campground area. very peaceful with a few people walking dogs and flying kites. pretty mellow area with privacy in the trees, the toilets had no soap but didn't matter much to me.

Love it here. Feels safe. Lots of people camping, running, walking and walking dogs.

Very good free overnight park for caravans and motorhomes. Toilets, fresh water and dump station.

Nice stop to relax for couple of days.Dump station and water. River to swim in.

Great but busy Camping area, loved the large number of spaces and even recognised a fellow Motorhomer friend in amongst it all. Itz a credit to the local council and community to make such a facility available, and at no cost too.The river was up due to the rain and the road way had a few flooded drains etc but overall it was a great place.The dump station is one of the better ones I have been too, with room for two vehicles to park side by side, and the toilets in the block behind the dump station were open too, shame the disabled toilet was closed due to vandalism (note on door from council), I highly recommend thisnpark and will be back...

Nice place lots for families and it's near the Rivers the freedom camping sites were good wish the locals would use it like a race track and drive near the river will worth the stop if you are passing through

Great, beautiful spot… plenty of space

Nice playground and river nearby. A big upgrade since the old playground years ago. Toilets nearby and a BBQ, trees for natural shelter.

Awesome family park with playground and great walkway to enjoy. Lots of greenspace for the kids or pet dogs explore
