Do not waste a dollar or a minute of time here, absolute 9month nightmare. My neighbours had no luck either. Had to pay for parts they forgot to send. Owner takes no responsibility, hangs up during conversations, never replies to emails etc. Ohh quick to take 20 plus k no issues taking money.

**update - versatile head office reply to this review, I contacted them and was ignored. Every tradie I have talked to confirms that this is very much versatiles normal standard of work.Avoid at all costs.New build. Promised a quality house and paid on time.Been in the property since Sept 2020. As of now 29/03/2022 the house still doesn't have code of compliance because it keeps failing.Rough work and cheap materials throughout, nothing but constant problems and stress.Very poor finishing, tiles not laid straight, waterproofing not done the first or second time.Versatile owners are very difficult to deal with. Constantly unresponsive and argumentative with no accountability.A bedroom got ruined due to their contractors over Christmas 2021.We had a steel beam that had the wrong length bolts which weren't even done up (completely loose) causing a wall to move opening up multiple cracks and popped screws throughout the house. Still not fixed.They have even created a new account to get rid of my last review showing just how disgusting and deceitful they are.Had to get a lawyer involved.Do yourself and your family a favor and use anyone else.
