After using this company to repair our company phones and usually getting great service, today was very disappointing.Lady behind the counter could barely understand me and just walked off and started serving another customer halfway though me trying to explain my issue. Some other guy came and leant on the glass counter and didn't even want to take my phone in to inspect before laughing at me for wanting to use it without the home button.Last time I bring mine, my company's business to this place and will recommend all my friends to go elsewhere as well. D- will not trade again.

They installed a Whitestone Dome Glass screen protector on my S21. My phone looks great. Very high quality work and very friendly and helpful service. I will always go to Happytel Botany Town Centre for all my mobile accessory needs. I've been to a few places but these guys provide the best service.

They broke my speaker when replacing my phone made my apparently water resistant phone nit water resistant, I had water on the screen for less than five minutes even though it's meant to be good for 39 minutes in 1metre of water, pretty unhappy.

This was the 2nd time getting my phone fixed here and I was very happy with the service I received. Today I was served by Willis and he was very friendly and thorough, explaining everything to me and making sure I understood the repair he had done. Would recommend.

I got my screen replaced in Feb, the sound stopped working not longer after the repair, unsure if the sound issues are related to the unauthorised screen. I got an alert from Apple saying it was an unauthorised screen - hence the cheap price . I ended up buying a new phone.

Very very happy with the service, the lady and young guy who assisted me were super nice and helpful, added a discount for my phone screen replacement, tried to clean my camera lens on top of that and got my phone back good as new, it was all very quick too. Would 100% recommend :) best phone repair shop out in east auckland.

The replacement phone battery I was sold started to expand after a few months. When I returned looking for a replacement, I was told it was out of warranty and would have to pay for another new battery. They grudgingly gave me a discount if I agreed to leave a good review on Google. Wouldn’t shop here again.

The team at Happytel Botany were extremely helpful. Very friendly service with a smile and great advice as well. My phone screen repair was a very reasonable price, the job was done within an hour and the result was really pleasing. If I ever have any issues with my phone again, they will be the first call. 10/10 service guys, thanks a lot.
