Good service. A lot of pick up and drop off locations. Booking over the phone is easy. Best network in New Zealand. Frequent services. Make sure you have full vehicle coverage that will cover transport, so liability is limited to only $2000

This company has dodgy workers, they go through your car and take your belongings and then tell you it's not their problem. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

Apparently it’s okay for staff to go through cars and steal someone’s belongings.. then the company covers it up and denies it! Absolutely appalling.Don’t use this company.

Customer service over the phone was great, I had a very small time frame of when the car could be delivered and it arrived sooner than expected! If I need a car transferred I would definitely use their service again.

Lets you staff steal customer personal goods then tell customer it is their own risk for putting goods in the car, thats not the way to do business, what kind of customer service is this, horrible. Just letting all other people know this company is not trustable at all, you could end up losing you car (get stolen by staff )and tell the customer it is their own risk to transport their car…

Truly unprofessional service when they came to pick up a vehicle, the guy was on his phone the whole time and started going off at me that the car had no petrol when it did! The vehicle had a CVT issue but he didnt understand that! He couldnt even drive the car so I had to. Also gave me 2 mins notice that he was coming and turned up at the one time I said I wouldnt be home so I had to make a special trip back.
