Had an appraisal with a young lad, he took about 30 seconds and offered me $500 for my $9000 car. Recommendation would be to avoid this franchise and explore other avenues when selling your vehicle.

I found a car I liked on the Whangarei branch site, wanted to take it for a test drive, was meet by great customer service(namely Rhea), she suggested I take a few more cars out for a test drive just to make sure I picked the car that was right for me, which was a good idea, I found a few things wrong with the car I liked, and they fixed them no problem, then it was on to Gary, the loan manager, very easy to deal with, great customer service and advice.The only reason for 4 stars is, they are not the best at getting back to you about what is happening with your car, but that's a small issue.
