I’ve purchased a decent amount of stuff from the store (online and in person). Online orders are promptly delivered with useful delivery updates. Staff are awesome at resolving any issues with an order - even replacing damaged stock without hassle. It feels good to support a NZ company who are creating a quality product to a global standard. Flames of War is fun and well-researched and deserves more popularity - although websites and marketing aspects need work as they can be buggy and difficult to navigate at times. The store itself is fun to visit and staff are friendly and passionate about what they’re doing
