The spicy chicken was crunchy,fresh and juicy. Their staff shiv was also friendly and attentive. The downsides were the mash was warm but leaning more towards the colder side and the fries would’ve been better if they were served hotter.

Nowhere near the consistent amazing quality we are used to at the Sandringham branch. The spicy chicken pieces were still pink and raw inside, and even the chips were soggy and not quite fried! The only good thing was that the food was hot, and the regular chicken was alright.Never again!

Food was cold, missing part of it. Ordered non spicy all chicken was spicy. Burgers not labelled. Service was fast food quality was very poor. Will not be returning

The taste was there but it was hard to figure out what part of the chicken I received in my 3 piece serve. Simply dry streaks of meat with bone here and there. They advertise drumsticks and thighs, but none in my serve. The Takanini branch is much better. This is my second time being disappointed but the chicken here.

I come here very often, it is tasty and affordable. The foods are great, always cooked fresh and the serving size/portion is very generous. Staff always attentive and accommodating at the front counter. I had also tried the online order and picked up was smooth/hassle free, they had my order ready by the time I turned up. Can't find any faults with this place, it is probably the only fried chicken meals place that I go to these days.

Very poor service. Staff are very rude. When they ask me have I ordered I said No but they ignored it. They asked me twice but they told to order from the kiosk. I mean what type of service is this. Is this the customer oriented service or staff oriented service.Very poor service I recommend.Should be rated 0/10 poor

This place sucks...luke warm chips, cold chicken tenders, potatoe and gravy warm, chicken burger soggy and just warm. Disgusting...only thing HOT was the girl serving.Sunday at 7.45pm...NEVER EVER AGAIN and it's not the first time this franchise has served me cold food, the Takanini branch did the same to me early this year....STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
