Rang them up in the morning to check if I could come in to get a form signed. Very helpful receptionist. I went in and office lady was lovely & said I could knock on the lawyers door & walk in. Highly recommend KB Citizens Advice Bureau. I got my form signed quick & easy. Thank you :)
