What a wonderful place to stay at. We spent a night there this week.. lovely lady taking care of the premises. Very comfortable clean rooms. Highly recommend a stay there. Thank you Oamaru House.

Checked this place online.Good reviews from other people.If you have a health subsidy for accommodation, it is financially better to book a motel. And that way you have your own bathroom.

This is a wonderful place. It is clean and very pleasant. Onna is very caring and very approachable and she took care of all our needs and always with a smile. It made my cancer treatment so much easier because of Oamaru House and Onna. Highly recommended by us.

Onna and Dawn were absolutely fantastic and so supportive. The House is clean, warm, quiet and safe.. i would recommend this house to anyone. This house can be stayed at in the weekends even if you are not supporting or receiving treatment at the Hospital. A home away from home.

Very nice quiet place to stay so close to main hospital so clean comfy warm beds would recommend this place to any one who has sick people or wanting a place to stay pre surgery.

Recieved a warm welcome, attentive and extremely helpful hosts. Comfortable bed well appointed warm sunny room with an excellent wet room. ( I am disabled ) comfortable guest lounge with good cooking facilities. I am very grateful that such a place is available for people from out of town like my self.
