Susan and her team at the Dog Box have groomed our two miniature Schnauzers for many years now. The girls love going for their haircuts infact they can't wait to get out of the car and burst through the doors with such excitement to see Susan and her friendly dog loving team.The grooming parlour is always immaculately clean and the dogs always look and smell amazing after their groom. At the Dog Box they recognise every owner likes their dog groomed a certain way and they listen to how you would like your dogs coat to look. This is the best Dog Groomer I have ever been to. Susan does a magnificent job on Tinka and loves all her dogs and they all adore her. Susan and her team have always been efficient and caring and Tinka has always been groomed perfectly. Susan most definitely goes over and beyond her services. After my previous dog groomer retired I was lucky enough to have Susan recommended to me. I have been going to the dog box now for about 5 years. Susan and her groomers are very loving and caring towards their doggy clients. I love that the dogs are not locked in cages as at other groomers.Molly always comes out looking beautiful. I am extremely satisfied with Susan and her team.

Susan is a great groomer. I've been going to the Dog Box for just over three years now and Casey comes out looking great every single time. Susan is lovely and cares for all of the dogs. She even worked late into the evening when I forgot I had an appointment just to groom Casey for me. She is an absolute star and works so hard! She's always having conversations with the dogs when I walk in to collect Casey. Wouldn't want to go to anyone else! x

The DogBox Grooming is renowned throughout the area as being the very best and most experienced and professional dog groomers for miles. Susan and her team are superb, they absolutely love the dogs, are so gentle and kind, and you won't find a better class of grooming anywhere. My cocker spaniel has been groomed by the DogBox every 8 weeks, for I think almost 10 years - and I and Cashew (spaniel) have never ever been anything but 100% happy. They are so professional, attending and winning awards at New Zealand National Master Groomer courses and events. Every dog that I see there looks so happy.Our spaniel (despite our best efforts) does get a little matted over winter, Susan will always recommend the best options.I can't recommend DogBox highly enough, although as they are so popular, you may have to wait for an appointment.As Susan was a human hair stylist, before her love of dogs led her to moving to professional dog grooming ........ Can't wait for my next groom with Suzanne, her team cuts my Pomeranian exactly how they should be cut, best cut and service he has had in his 16 years. Highly recommend

I have been using Susan from The DogBox prior to her opening her dog salon. Her professionalism and service has always surpassed expectations as does her grooming. I have very high expectations and so does Coco. I had been through at least 5 supposed grooming services before we found Susan and Coco always looks forward to being spoilt!!! I would definitely recommend Susan to any owner wanting an Absolutely Fabulous groom for their dog.

The team are brilliant. It doesn't matter who does my Flossy (Bichon Frise), she always looks amazing when I pick her up. Flossy is a nervous dog and they really know her so she never minds coming. Great work Team Dog Box!

She is excellent with her calm and friendly disposition and able to be flexible with our bookings and dropoff/pickups.
