I had 30 mins with Seryna where she worked on my upper back and right shoulder. I have had issues with impingement and mobility, and requested (and received) a strong massage as I had become very tight (affected my tennis). I definately left feeling a lot looser and feel more free and fluid. Seryna is really nice, and delivered the results I hoped for. I'll be back.

Fantastic sports massage. I've had a few massages in their room at Uprising, it's not a fancy spa or glamorous decor, etc. but it is spotlessly clean, warm, and comfortable. The massage is really good - very strong and gets all the knots out, but doesn't leave me feeling bruised or broken the next day. Excellent value too.
