VPNZ went the extra mile for Horton Media when one of our vacuum pumps failed. Philip has been maintaining our vacuum pumps on a regular 6 monthly cycle. Proactive servicing has identified and prevented imminent failure, this has meant no production down time since Philip came on board. We have found VPNZ to be proactive and professional in every way.

Worse experience ever dealing this these clowns. Ordered an oil bottle for my passport pump and gave them clear address instructions. Took over 2 weeks to arrive, got charged a phenomenal amount in postage and they sent it to the wrong address. The best they could do was to provide a track and trace showing it was delivered I had to chase the couriers to get it delivered to the correct address. Also repeatedly asked for quotes for my new truck build and emails were never fully answered. These guys seriously aren't interested in your business so don't bother wasting your time trying to buy from them.
