Edit:I didn't send an abusive email I simply said that the customer service wasn't good and that I wouldn't purchase again. My website, which incidently is the same platform you use doesn't automatically add GST at the checkout. You need to tick a box when you make the listing to charge GST so you have done this yourself. It still doesn't explain why you were so rude and defensive when I asked in the first email why you haven't included GST in the price before the checkout. You could have been polite about it and maybe taken the constructive criticism about your banner on board instead of cancelling my order. But that's ok I have ordered the same brand of garlic elsewhere and got a much better rate.If I could give less than one star I would. After emailing to ask why GST is added on both shipping costs and products at the checkout instead of in the price, I received a very rude email saying this is how it is and don't I pay tax? It is normal for wholesale businesses to charge GST as an extra to the price but most retail businesses include it in their pricing. To say well I have had over 2500 sales with no complaints is not the way to conduct business. Oh and cancelling my order because you don't like questions is no way to run a business either! If you want good customer service don't go here!
