Service is always shocking with orders being forgotten etc and wait staff uninterested...BUT food is always amazing so we keep coming back and the service is our little joke that we warn anyone we go with about!!

The food quality is just not there anymore. If you really want to go to a good Japanese restaurant than go to Nippon Sake Bar in Epsom. Over the years Kyoto has let itself go, I wouldn't go there again for any mains.

If someone orders a vegetable dish, maybe mention that it's got fish and beef in it!Not handled well. Poor quality.

Definitely my go to place for eats. I always get great customer service and the food is never served the same way twice. The Karage don buri is my go to dish and if i'm in company then the Prawn shumai and pork dumplings are my starter dishes. would recommend to anyone looking for mellow atmosphere while they're out to eat
