Red LBP - Building Reports & Property Inspections - Central West - Auckland

As first home buyers we were definitely nervous about the inspection process. Jeremy made the entire process easy and was incredibly thorough and clear in identifying issues with the property.Booking an inspection at short notice was quick and easy. Jeremy spent about 90 minutes inspecting the property and worked through an extensive checklist, not leaving any stone unturned. He was available for my questions throughout and talked me through the issues he identified. From the inspection we received an easily digestible building report that clearly identified issues with the property and maintenance priorities going forward.We definitely recommend Jeremy and Red LBP - a great experience that gave us a lot of clarity and confidence with our purchase.

Jeremy looked at a house we were interested in that had recently been renovated and found many issues/non-compliant work. He explained how we’d have to go about getting council approval after the work had been done. He turned up when he said he would and spoke with the builder who had done the work who was letting in him into the house.He phoned us on the same day he had done the report and explained everything well and answered all of our questions in a straight forward manner. We did a short follow up phone call with more questions and he happily answered them.I thought his service’s are excellent value for money and would recommend him to my friends. He helped us avoid buying a lemon.
