Staff should take intolerances and allergies more seriously.If possible - cook your own food instead and don't come here.We were denied a simple dietary change by the waitress.My partner is lactose intolerant and specifically asked if the dessert was suitable. It came with a huge scoop of cream on top.No apology and in fact was made to feel as if we were a nuisance.We ordered entrees and after a long wait (and after asking) we were told by the waitresses they weren't going to ask the kitchen to cook it for us as they had a large group booking. Basically telling us we were an inconvenience eating there.This is by far the worst service any of us have ever had.As for the reply -They never told us the cream was coconut. It tasted like full cream. We were even told to just take it off" so I doubt it was non-dairy."

Good selection for breakfast. They have all sorts of bread for toasting, some conserved fruits, muesli, baked beans, cheese, ham and more.

The food here was lovely. But honestly I felt very let down by the service.We weren’t given all of the food that we ordered, because a large group was in the restaurant that “took priority” over us. It’s not something you want to be told as a paying customer in any restaurant. Treat all customers fairly!At every course we were made to feel like our requests were unfair or unwarranted, or that things were our fault. We were told “no” for some simple requests around dietary requirements (because the bigger group was taking the capacity from the kitchen). Multiple mistakes later it just ruined the whole vibe of the meal.Overall it made me wish I had cooked for myself or just driven to some other place.
