The staff is friendly however the whole thing where they make you wait in a line like some night club is rather frustrating.

I purchased my mid-heel sandal from here a while ago, it has been my go to sandal for a long time know, esp in summer. Comfortable enough to dance in.I am happy I purchased straight from the store - it was made efficient and accurate.

Every time I’m here, the experience is always top-notch, every staff member I’ve been serviced by is very unique and provides a different yet personal experience every time. Not to mention, the quality of their products are beyond anything!

Bought a ring, was faulty and took them 4 months to replace the tiny stone - on top of that, i never got an update from them I had to continuously call them to ask what was going on!!

Bought belt for the missus great service but should be for the price we paid for belt

My stuff got stolen.I went to the Gucci shop want to get receipts for my insurance and the salesperson didn't want to services me as I was want to get receipt but not buying anything.When I was sorting out the other invoices I noticed that my name had been incorrectly filled in Gucci account by the previous sales, I wanted the sales to change my name to the correct one ，otherwise I would not have been able to verify my identity by email to ask for the proof. The sales rejected my request and asked me to send an email to explain the name error.I was very angry and couldn't understand why they couldn't provide basic service for such a simple things, after my strong request did she agree to change it for me.After that, I sent an email to Auckland Gucci to ask for proof. A week has passed and I haven't received any reply！！！！As a result of not being able to provide a ticket to the insurance company in time, my two lost Gucci bags were not covered by insurance.This is a bad experience! It's also a lesson!I will never buy anything from Gucci！I went to other luxury shops such as LV, Dior and DFS and was greeted very warmly and provided me with a printout of the proof on shop. This shows how important a brand's etiquette and Service！！！

Just like the other luxury brand Louis Vuitton, Gucci they always have staff at the door to greet you when you visit the store. Current this Gucci Store is still under renovation to fight for better brand awareness and positioning.

My experience was disappointing. Terrible service when I called to visit the store, it seemed she was reading off the script rather than listening to my request to come in. My advice do not call them if you want a spontaneous shop or look for a possible birthday gift. Very disappointing as this was for my daughter's birthday.
