After seeing some of Pai's other work, we contacted him to rebuild our laundry and add an extra toilet. Pai is a conscientious and professional builder, who is really friendly and easy to work with. He listens extremely well, and is solutions oriented. He took care of all the loose ends, managed the other tradies and the consent process, and we never felt rushed or pushed into a corner. I particularly appreciated his attention to detail. (see my before / during / after photos) He was also spot on with his timings, with the project being completed in 2 weeks. We love the new laundry space, with the additional toilet. Thank you, Pai for doing such a great job! We will definitely be calling you for future projects!

KaPai builders was engaged to do works on our home in 2021. Pai did awesome work remodelling our kitchen, renewing our old ceilings, replacing old walls, installing wardrobes and pantry and rejigging the plans of the rooms to give us an extra bedroom ensuite in our upstairs unit. Pai arranged and managed all the required additional works with his contractors. Pai is extremely professional, well priced, provides practical solutions and pays close attention to the quality of his building works. KaPai Builders will be doing further work on our home, including renovating our upstairs bathrooms, laundry, master room and ensuite and converting our downstairs level to a minor dwelling.
