Meh, the younger staff seem to talk way to fast, (and I'm not that old) and a bit cocky.Remember guys, not everyone has been a customer in your store before so if you see us looking a little puzzled, step in and offer the help.And one other thing, LISTEN to the words that the customer uses, dont assume we meant another word unless we say so.Just take your time, speak slowly and stay calm

Happy to ask for help at the counter for replacement wiper blades.The staff took over, sighting my car, fetching new blades, and had them fitted for a small fee. Not bad, done and dusted in 15mins. Cheers

Would like to give my compliments to the young man who served me and my partner today 17.12.22 around 1530 (young white guy, sorry to have forgotten his name) he was hugely knowledgeable and gave exceptional service and advice. He deserves a raise and is an absolute asset to your company. He knows who he is as I called back and told him he's awesome.

I’ve been a regular at Supercheap over the last few years but it seems things have changed the service has deteriorated and they would rather argue over a couple of dollars. I used to spend good money here, but clearly my patronage isn’t appreciated. Pop on down to Repco. They’ll be friendly and will provide great service. Do better super cheap. You’ve lost a customer over a nasty, unnecessary, rude comment and a couple of dollars.

I love this store so much, amazing variety and cheap prices. Every time I go in staff are always so friendly and help out with items I need. (Luke especially) helped me out with some paint but turned out it had been painted over by previous owner. Recommended a place to get correct paint. Honest and a great guyA++

Young staff member was incredibly unhelpful. Totally unbothered and had no intention of really helping us.We ended up finding somebody else to help us.I wouldn't go back here because of this experience. Was a waste of time.Better off going somewhere else
