Staff out back in the timber yard are very good. The staff in the shop not so much. Very disappointed on how they treat some customers in the main shop

Staff are very helpful and friendly always have big smiles on their faces when greeting you welcome. They really know there stuff too no matter what question you throw at them. May not have the same amount , stock wise in comparison to bigger city stores but with that friendly little town vibe you dont get lost in the crowd they make a effort to insure everybody's looked after as soon as they enter the store.

Outstanding, ordered items...within 3 hours it was assembled, filled with gas, corded and tested waiting for pickup, this is the value added the the team provides that keep me coming back, job well done all round.....RegardsAl

Very helpful staff out back loaded my car with heavy bags fert with no probsThe man who wears the face shield is so so helpful excellent customer serviceBut I went in today and Bob served me he was very argumentive and i felt he needed to get some customer service training you can ring me and get the story as this is the 3rd time he has been abrupt to mr
