good place for all your vaping needs. the ambiance is perfect and the place is not covered with vapored air unlike other vape shops in the city. however, parking space is limited but its not that bad as they're open on weekends hence everyone has an option when to visit the shop.

This crew is Awesome. I'm a smoker who is keen to get off the 'stinkies' so shot down to have a chat this morning. Daniel & Co. we really forthcoming with info and I loved that they weren't focused on the 'hard sell'. Really easy experience and needless-to-say we left with 2 starter vapes! LEGENDARY.

Lots of products on website but small store and very small display cabinet with limited products shown. Worried about getting robbed?? Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Prices could be more competitive.

The Customer service is good in city branch. But don’t recommend them for buying stuff online as the post haste distributor has a very bad service. I have hold a line for 30 mins and then I got to know that the Sender (Vape Crew) never provides the right address to them. At the end, I was calling both parties to deliver my stuff which should be delivered in 1 day or so and now it will take three or more days to arrive (fingers crossed) . I have purchased tanks and liquids from them and thought to order more stuff online but I am very disappointed. Vape Crew person advised me to talk with the post haste directly, I am a customer, I have paid for the stuff and also for shipping. why should I will be chasing people.bad and really bad experience.

Wide range of juices, mods, and more. Staff are great, friendly, knowledgeable, and dont force things on you, they make suggestions, and ask questions to what you want. Big fan of theres, never go anywhere else.

My first visit there and Ashy my girl hooked a brother up. So pleasant but in the Maori way. She not Maori but her Tane is, chur girl blessings on your upcoming birth. And it's next door to the tech repair store that was still open during covid. My phone broke during covid and I got a second hand one, no probs.

Great friendly bunch. Have a relaxed atmosphere and are very informative and knowledgeable. Good product and range. Don't like saying good stuff about aussies, but this one is an exception :)
