Excellent service

I chose to get a Heavy Duty clean done by JNJ cleaners through Treatme because their website presented them as very professional cleaning service and they had a comprehensive Heavy Clean check list which looked great to me – I was expecting them to be very thorough.I was very disappointed. I paid - $264 which presumably had a value of $560. I had two cleaners for 3 hours. Many basic things from the checklist were missed - like vacuuming under sofa cushions, wiping down outside of kitchen cupboard, wiping down top of refrigerator, hand cleaning light fixtures etc.Additionally, they sprayed cleaning solution on an oiled coffee table leaving surface damage. It took me 3 hours to sand back and re-oil.I wrote the owner to discuss and provided photos of areas of cleaning missed and the damage to coffee table. He wasn't really concerned or apologetic. He offered to send the cleaners back to do what they missed “since I was unhappy”, but he didn’t seem surprised at the poor quality of service his cleaners provided. He didn't have the commitment to quality and professional that I think would have made his business successful.
