The customer experience I have received from Ariana was exceptional. I rarely encounter a retail shop supplying not just the product i was looking for, but the whole transaction; very smooth, very happy. I purchased the Thule XT Force S from the new Plymouth store and shipped to Wellington as the Wellington kayak and Canoe store said that it discontinued and also pushed me to sell something I did not want. The guy that runs this place is excellent. He helped me with roof rack installation straight away adjusting (cutting longer groves) my spare rails to fit the new car. Very happy with the service.

It’s was amazing. We did the 2 hour river trek. Its a great place to go to if you like canoeing but need some help. It was so much fun, a lot of rapids but they were exciting, fell off a few time but felt safe. Instructor was great, she was very caring! Really do recommend. Abby, age 8

Wonderful service - went to seek assistance with fitting an awning (purchased elsewhere) onto a RhinoRack. Exceedingly helpful - fitted it within 15 minutes, provided some spare parts that were needed at no cost. Purchased a replacement cap for the current rack. No charge for attaching the awning and wished us a Happy New Year. Highly recommend this business and will be buying from him in the future.
