I love doing yoga with Marcia. She is empathetic, caring, extremely knowledgeable about the asanas and anatomy, and totally lives and breathes Yoga. She’s also funny and warm in a totally Brazilian way!And as a not-so-young and very unbendy learner the best thing is that I feel completely safe with her.

Yoga Essence is a boutique yoga studio with small classes designed to help all students maximised their potential. Marcia is very knowledgeable in the practice of Ayengar yoga with extensive knowledge of physiology as well. The classes are fun and intimate and I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in this type of yoga.
