Really kind and professional vets (thanks Karen) and lovely support staff too (thanks Debbie and Leanne). They fell over backwards to help me when I was at my wits end after a week of trying to catch my cat carrier aversive boy cat who had injured his foot and could barely walk on it. We got there in the end but it was thanks to them that he is now weight bearing on it less than 24 hours later and on the road to recovery.

The care given by the team can not be beaten. However their financial services or lack leave much to be desired. I had an account that was late & referred to debt collection, I was not aware the account existed but paid immediately to the business. I then received another demand from the debt collector which I paid directly & then contacted the business to investigate. They agreed that I had settled the account twice, after I had requested a number of times for the situation to be looked into. They refused to refund me the overpayment, insisting that I use it as a credit towards future services. They also refused to acknowledge any fault on their behalf.
