Wilkins Bridal

I came to Wilkins Bridal on Saturday the 17th because my friends recommended this place to me and I booked my first appointment here very anxiously.I arrived, and the reception was fine, with high expectations and eager to try on their dresses for an hour and a half(on the website it says that the 1st bridal appointment is 1 hour and a half).Jude served me.... there are beautiful dresses but I felt that she was rushing me, it was supposed to be a unique experience but in half an hour I was already outside and I only tried on 5 dresses, I couldn't even see all of them to see if there was another one that I would like more. In the end I left super disappointed because it was only 30 MINUTES...30 MINUTES! an experience that should have been more welcoming and I expected more.

Jude was nothing but profesdional, kind and amazing at what she does. After an awful experience at another bridal place, I was nervous trying on wedding dresses again. She just knew what I would suit, she picked dresses that made me feel beautiful and I was able to find my dream dress (one I didn't think I would have picked before). Good range of dresses, amazing service, good communication and bonus of no payment for trying the dresses on! Could not fault!

Jenny and April are amazing. Skilled, knowledgeable, and give the best advice, even if it's not to buy something! You can truly trust their expertise, highly recommend

I had an initial good experience, but then struggled to get an appointment for my last dress try on and pick up, had to chase them!!! Then I picked up my brand new dress and it was stained. They did correct this but it caused a lot of upset. Dress also hemmed incorrectly - still too long and kept going under my shoe and getting caught on my actual wedding. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend. Not particularly a special experience at all....

Love love love Wilkins, best bridal shopping. The staff were so helpful and listened to what we wanted. The dresses are gorgeous but it was April that made it a stand out experience.

I had such a great experience here, I didn't feel pressured to purchase which helped ease my anxiety. Jude was a great help on my first visit listening to what I liked/didn't like and the owner was amazing on my 2nd visit. I can't wait to get 'the dress' next year!!

I went out of my way to make an appointment here, as my sister had had such an amazing experience with them.They were just as awesome as I remembered. The only downside was April was so good at her job it made my decision so much harder! I loved her no-faffing approach, and she was an expert at clipping me into the samples to show what the finished product would look like. She also did an incredible job taking some photos and video for me on my phone to look back on.I really appreciated the extra mile they went to to accommodate me as well since I had to travel so far.Anyone unsure where to start should absolutely make an appointment with the team here, they know exactly what they are doing

SO happy with my experience getting my dress from Wilkins!I have had two appointments with April and was SO impressed both times.Her knowledge and eye for which dresses suit your shape made for an easy and enjoyable experience!She was also very personable and caring. Nothing was ever an issue and she worked out very quickly my style of shopping.I didn’t want to take my money anywhere else.HIGHLY recommend Wilkins!!
