When i took my vehicle to this business the owner or perhaps worker, was rude and lacked customer service skills, there are ways to say sorry we are too busy and then theres how this man conducts himself.Such a shame as you were reccomended from another business and ive had to go back and tell them to refrain from doing so not only because yes your too busy, but because it shouldnt reflect on the company that referred customers.I hope in future you think about how to talk nicely to customers, whether you can help them or not.
