Nava Spa

I usually don’t like to write bad reviews but this time I felt it is not fair to be quiet. I’m sorry to say that it was not a good experience at all. She put too much oil on my skin and I hardly could feel any pressure or massage. it was more like her hands were slipping on my skin all the time and I was just waiting for the massage to end. The movements almost all wrong. At the end When I wanted to put on my clothes the floor was too oily and I was about to fall down. Definitely last time that I go to Nava

Lulu did a fantastic job, got some early pampering on my birthday with a relaxation massage and the service was indeed above satisfactory. Most important to me is fulfilling the time stipulated on the service, she did her full 60-minutes (while some spas have the tendency to cut short on the time). Enjoyed the quiet space (at the lounge) with my cup of thai herbal tea. Clean facilities, serene ambiance, value for money. Worth the drive to Remuera from the West. Will be back.

Spent my morning at Nava spa and it was amazing. The staff were kind and welcoming from the beginning, and made you feel comfortable. The massage itself was so lovely, left feeling revitalised and very relaxed. The additional 15 minute facial was gentle and made the overall experience unbeatable. Will definitely return and enjoy another cup of tea on the sunny deck ✨

Very disappointed. Booked through bookme a week earlier. No follow through when called I was told there’s no booking and slots available on the day I booked. I planned my day accordingly. At least they could have accommodated somehow as it’s their responsibility to check bookings coming through other channels that you collaborated as a business.

Very pleasant overall experience.Excellent massage, a surprise birthday gift as I have a lower lumbar injury at the moment.Once I told my masseuse (Sunni?) about it she gave a truly therapeutic massage of my lower back. Great skills, and very personable and empathetic.Room was clean and fresh, and was given a nice cup of green tea afterwards in the reception area.There is a flight of stairs to ascend to their studio, so no wheelchair access.Parking in Seaview Street is easy, the Portland Road bus (#755) from Downtown Auckland stops across the road.I would happily recommend this spa, and look forward to going again.

Great deep tissue massage. Location isn't glamorous but I walked out feeling like she got many of my knots. Thanks Nava Spa.

Would not recommend this place.Booked a 2 hour deep tissue massage after reading good reviews and checking out the website and photos.After booking, I receive a call letting me know that the spa had recently relocated, but no other information was given.I turned up for my appointment expecting a beautiful spa, but was greeted with a run down outhouse, with damaged furniture, chopped up bits of carpet on the floor, a flimsy curtains separating two beds and so much noise through the single pane windows from the road that was less than 5m away.At this point, I called things off, cancelled the appointment after explaining that it was not at all what I was expecting and end and left.Totally the opposite of what I was hoping for. The site itself was nothing like the online photos, was not peaceful at all and needs a thorough clean and total renovation.If you're looking for a relaxing, quality experience do not go to Nava Spa.

I am never one to write a review normally, however this salon was exceptional so I felt I absolutely must post one. I came in for some beauty maintenance treatments and was extremely stressed out, the salon really looked after me and when I asked about a deep tissue massage was able to schedule one on short notice for later the same day. From coming in so stressed, to being taken care of (little touches like glass of water/tea afterwards, plus the therapists creating an atmosphere of calm and putting me at ease, working out all my knots etc and were clearly very experienced) - I was very impressed and am definitely coming back here soon. Thank you Nava team!
