Broadlands Lodge Wedding and Events Venue Taupo

If you are looking at getting married in Taupo, please be sure to check out Broadlands Lodge. The venue is absolutely stunning with beautifully manicured gardens as well as the rustic lodge. Its a nice and secluded location to make the day much more intimate and special. Sandy and Adam were fantastic to deal with at every step of our wedding and were so accommodating, we even had Sandy’s sister as our celebrant. I would highly highly recommend Broadlands Lodge!

Sandy, Adam and their team at Broadlands were very accommodating. Sandy was easy to communicate with through the entire wedding planning process which made it much easier for a clueless bride to be when it came to bringing everything together. Setting up and on the day, we had such an amazing time and had so many compliments on the venue and the food from our guests. The day after the wedding when we came to clean up, Sandy and Adam had already packed everything down for us ready to take away. You guys have done such an awesome job out there and I would recommend you to anyone, we wish we could do it all over again. Thanks again guys!

Great location and overall venue. Awesome setting. The only downside is the food is on the basic side. So as long as you are ok with basic, (maybe overcooked) and overpriced food for what you get, this place is great.

Better late than never, our wedding was in October 2020 after being delayed from April 2020 thanks to covid. Sandy and her team could not have been easier to deal with when it came to re-organising our day. When it finally did get to happen it was absolutely amazing. These guys know how to run a wedding and make it so simple and easy. They were completely invested in making sure our day was how we wanted it and the venue was beautiful and perfect for what we were after. Would recommend to anyone else without hesitation. Thanks guys we loved it

I could not fault Adam and Sandy, the staff or the venue! Our day was absolutely amazing nothing was too much to ask for and the whole day went smoothly. We had so many compliments about the venue, the amazing food and all the good vibes that came with it. I would recommend Broadlands Lodge to anyone who wants to have the most relaxing stress free wedding day - Sandy had everything under control well before our wedding day so I didn’t have to worry about a thing! We checked in the day before with each other and I had full trust that I was going to arrive to the most beautiful set up, and I did! Jordan and I loved spending our night in the cottage and look forward to returning for some R&R and some stage soon. Thank you so much again for assisting in giving us the perfect day with our most loved family and friends. We would totally do it all over again.

I attended a wedding and was very impressed with this beautiful venue! Friends and family really enjoyed the day with the beautiful ceremony held in the gardens and the amazing homestead backdrop during family photos. The outdoor games and bar service throughout the afternoon was a real hit. When we sat down to eat during the evening the atmosphere was so relaxing. Inside was so rustic but oh so elegant! The food was amazing!! Best service to the highest of standards! Highly recommend couples who are planning to marry in the Taupo region make sure you visit this venue! you will fall in love instantly!

I'm a professional photographer and have shot at Broadlands Lodge. Not only are the staff super accommodating and friendly but the venue itself is stunning. The views are incredible and there are so many amazing photo locations on site. Definitely would recommend Broadlands Lodge if you're needing a wedding venue near Taupo.

Broadlands was everything we wanted and more. Sandy and Adam were awesome hosts, easy to communicate with and understood our vision perfectly. We could not recommend them highly enough!
