Very approachable and friendly staff. Food always very hot, even after arriving home some 15 mins later. Lovely, seasoned food.

Food tasted average/bad, so let my husband eat it instead. Now has terrible food poisoning. I am heavily pregnant so if I had eaten any more it could have been me sick which is super dangerous to baby. Definitely don’t recommend

Very rude staff i will never go back there again. I asked them if they serve any vegetarian noodle and he asked me to leave the restaurant and look for another one !!!

Was the worst experience ever. Paid extra through menulog to have ready in 30 minutes. Took another 30 minutes of waiting with a lot of angry customers as was very hard to communicate with them. Then wonton were that over cooked there wasn't any filling left in them and chicken was Luke warm

Had sambal malaysian rice . The rice was cooked perfectly except for the chicken undercooked. Would not eat again from their franchise in other locations. Also no tables at the tauranga location for more customers to sit and eat only one table.

Very average food for what you now pay quite a bit for and no chilli heat as requested, very very poor customer service (this was our 3rd visit over a number of months and all have been the same experience, not a one off). Come on Chapel St NC, you are letting other Noodle Canteens down.

Dined in on a Friday night because everywhere else is usually hectic. The food was so delicious and tasty. Shop was clean could do with background music.

Consistent as always, prices have risen over the years to be expected, but the quality is still consistent as ever at least at this location. Our family of four was really able to grab our own bowl of dinner choice for takeaways and have some left for lunch the next day in some cases. Costs were 62 dollars out the door for us and all enjoyed their meals. Plenty of flavor selections and the wait time from order placement onsite was about 10 minutes. Would gladly go again for some quick tasty noodles. I find that if you don't like the food here, it is usually that you haven't tried the right flavor yet, give it a chance and explore.
