Hip & Knee Clinic
I was attempting to identify the right practioner for my knee problem. I asked what I thought were some reasonable and simple questions which weren't evident on thier website. To my amazement these were met with intransigence and disregard for a potential patient wanting to get the best team and outcomes. Why would I entrust my well-being to an organization that could not offer a measure of civility!

Plenty of parking outside, comfy waiting room inside, and I was impressed with Simon Frampton, the specialist I saw. He was friendly, explained things clearly, and has a positive patient focused approach.
