Lovely staff, mum is enjoying her stay and her room is fresh and bright..All meals are very nice and management and carers are truly dedicated to there patients..

Friendly staff. Okay place.

Our dad has received wonderful care from the staff at Solemar. His room was always very well presented and clean, the staff friendly and communication fantastic. It seemed nothing was too much trouble for the staff as they cared for Dad, even in trying times with Covid restrictions.The rooms and dining room have a beautiful view to ocean and having the veranda added extra space as needed.The staff, from care givers to nurses, doctor and facility manager have been wonderful to meet with and discus any changes to dads care plan. The way they have cared for our family as we visit has shown a wonderful wholistic care for the whole family.Thank you for your care for our dad.

My husband, Ron, who was suffering from late stage dementia, was moved to Solemar from North Shore Hospital to be looked after. In the event, he was there for just nine days before he passed on. During those nine days, Ron was looked after so well. He was kept clean and comfortable, which I'm sure he appreciated. I was shown such kindness as well, which helped me handle the sadness of the situation. The manager at Solemar, Addlight, was so supportive, I cannot thank her enough. I will be forever grateful to Solemar for helping Ron and me at this difficult time.

On first visit it was good. Just hope they carry on the good care for my friend.

It's not very nice to fire people because they get covid.

We want to say a special thank you to all the staff at Solemar over the 3 years that Mum was with you. I am sure she was not the easiest person to deal with on occasions. Dementia is such a dreadful disease.You were all very accommodating with her love of your 2 cats – the over feeding and total obsession she had with them. They did bring her great joy. They also assisted greatly when she first moved into Solemar.We did have some lovely stories that were recounted at Mum’s funeral about Solemar.Our family cannot thank you enough for your caring and the love you gave Mum.
