I had a facial from trainee Kasey, with Pam's guidance. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were all very friendly, also a beautiful set up too. Highly recommend V for hair and beauty!!!!

I was pleased with the quality of my gel manicure, however, there are a few things I would like to comment.- The water I soaked my nails in to soften my cuticles was cold water… it wasn’t pleasant and relaxing.- Not one nail technician including mine, wore gloves. I find it unhygienic and puts the client at risk of bacteria and fungi cross contamination between clients.- The hand massage was extremely rushed and soft. It didn’t feel like a hand massage. When you pay for a service, your expect it to be quality. Especially when it’s $55 every 2/3 weeks.

I always get eyebrows, facial and massage services and all done professionally!! So comfortable and very relaxing in her salon that I can actually sleep ( snores too...sorry) always looking forward to my appointment not only for the services but also the stunning sea views when driving to her salon!

An amazing experience at this beautiful store. My beauty therapist was incredible, listened to all my concerns and talked simply through what will work for me. Absolutely no pressure to buy anything or sign up, promoting to finish the products you currently own before purchasing more. The treatment was amazing and I left the store with glowing skin. Very excited to start my journey with Caci.

Disappointing : had been here for a massage a few years ago and it was pretty good so thought i would return again.The masseuse put pressure on my spine and now i have a nagging pain ( not the good massage pain ) - pressure throughout the massage was either too much or too little, no consistency. I just didn't enjoy it. I also remember that the last time i was asked what oil i wanted to be used but this time there was no option.After massage tea was cold, asked her to warm it up, she put it in the microwave and it was still luke warm after that. It was a poor end to a poor experience.
