I'm a first timer...from the moment I stepped in the door I was gently assaulted with sensory 'calm' .. music, aromas. Heidi was awesome!! made me feel unique and had all the time in the world. I briefly met Will who was the epitome of serenity and warmth whilst getting to his task.

I have noticed the positive internal shifts following healing sessions with Sophia, and her gentle and intuitive approach really works well for my sensitive nervous system. I have also completed her Reiki Level 1 - Homecoming - training, and can't recommend it enough for others interested in learning about and practising Reiki. She holds a beautiful, safe, and containing space and her heart is in every carefully felt out detail of the course.

The Women’s Retreat - WOW! I didn’t know what to expect, but I knew that if I showed up and was open.. the rest would be taken care of. We started our day with a 2hr Kayak, it was so beautiful and a great way for everyone to unwind and open up while also having abit of fun. Then we had amazing food and got into the work. Monique, along with the other ladies were able to create and hold space and personally, for me.. I got so much out of this retreat. I wanted to set myself free from the negativity that was part of who I was. I was able to do this and 3 weeks on, the whole part of me is still gone. Monique explains so well what we are doing, creates opportunity to ask questions, and she holds so much knowledge that she shares. Thank you for the life changing experience Monique. And thank you to your wee family for all the behind the scenes too.

Louise has a gentle and calming nature that is perfect for Reiki.During my session with her I experienced a lovely warm sensation in my chest area and felt really balanced and aligned after it.I enjoyed it so much that I did not want the session to end. Moving forward I will make reiki a regular part of my health and wellbeing regime.

Totally understood my needs, broke it all down so I could understand not only how to execute correct technique but also why we were doing it all. And above all it qas fun!!Highly recommend
