The experiences with them previously were ok .It was my fifth visit because I wanted to use my discount . On my loyalty card , it says you will get 10 dollars off on your fifth visit . But they insisted that you will get 10 dollars off on my next visit , which will be the sixth visit . This is very misleading . And I don’t agree with them at all . But I don’t want to ruin my day by arguing with us . So I just left .Also I gave them design before head . I was not told they wasn’t able to do the nail paint. The design I wanted had heart painted on the nails . But they put the sticker instead . I was not 100% satisfied . But once again I just want to save the day by not saying too much .I won’t go back . They can save their 10 dollar discount to themselves.So if you have your loyalty card with them , please double check with them . Don’t get confused .

Absolutely do not go here! I went here 3 days before my wedding and the woman doing my manicure cut my cuticles until they bled, didn't acknowledge it, and then I proceeded to get an infection or Paronychia around the nail. I will definitely not be going back.

I got a lash perm from Jenna. She was unreal, so kind and friendly and she did an amazing job. Hands down the best person that has ever served me customer service in every working field ever!!

I was pleased with the quality of my gel manicure, however, there are a few things I would like to comment.- The water I soaked my nails in to soften my cuticles was cold water… it wasn’t pleasant and relaxing.- Not one nail technician including mine, wore gloves. I find it unhygienic and puts the client at risk of bacteria and fungi cross contamination between clients.- The hand massage was extremely rushed and soft. It didn’t feel like a hand massage. When you pay for a service, your expect it to be quality. Especially when it’s $55 every 2/3 weeks.

I love this place. Been returning for the fabulous service for 10 months now. Nothing is ever to much trouble, and they always panda to my unique tastes. And the colour range to choose from...oh my.This is my Easter nails.

First time visit last week. The ladies here are exceptional. Super professional and delightfully funny. I will now drive 40 mins to get my.bails done here. So refreshing and a beautiful experience and outcome. Thanks so much ladies.
