Our recent experience with Harrisons Carpet & Flooring - Waikato North was simply outstanding. The entire process from purchasing to installation was extremely easy and stress-free. The flooring consultant, Dan, was extremely knowledgeable about the products we chose and gave great advice about which ones would best suit our Home. Cody, Neiko and Kahu were all very professional when installing the vinyl and carpet respectively. They worked quickly and efficiently while still providing excellent workmanship. Great service from Harrison’s carpets with both our laminate and carpet installation. Treena came out to quote offering us great advice and prompt quotes, she had no issue coming back & forth with different quotes until we finally made up our minds.Lorraine kept us updated with timings which stayed on track throughout and was there for any questions.Both the laminate and carpet Installers were fantastic and worked hard to complete the job in timings provided.We’re really happy with the job and would highly recommend Harrison’s carpets

Wonderful experience with Carpet Court St Luke’s. We had David come to our place to assess the carpet for an insurance claim and he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also great customer service in store.

BUYER BEWARE – MicroMall do not stand by their products and will not honour their warranties.I purchased an off-grid solar kit from MicroMall approximately 6 months ago. After some initial issues in the delivery of the batteries (it took several months to receive them) the system was set up and appeared to working as expected. However, recently one of the batteries has developed a fault. Since the kit comes with a 1-year warranty and the batteries comes with a five-year warranty, I contacted MicroMall via email and their support page for help. With no reply from either after a month I took the battery to them to discuss. I was confronted by a very aggressive staff member who constantly yelled at me when I tried to discuss the problem. He wasn’t open to discussing the issue and was defiantly pushing the blame onto me (he argued that the default settings of the invertor weren’t correct for the batteries – even though the solar panels, invertor and batteries were supplied by MicroMall together as a kit). After enduring a tirade of abuse and not getting anywhere near a resolution I abandoned any hope of getting help or support from MicroMall and left.I noticed that while I was being yelled at, another customer had turned up with a product looking for support – I can only assume that their enquiry ended in a similar manner to mine.My advice is: if intend to buy anything from MicroMall then do so with the understanding that it comes with no warranty or support.
