Brilliant service, not only did Sean fix my cracked phone, he even advised me that my phone was slightly bent and he would fix it for the same price. Awesome guy, awesome service and at a very reasonable price. A real pleasure to deal. Very highly recommended!

Got my screen repaired here. There was debris left under it so I told him I wasn't happy but didn't get a reply. After repeated attempts he insisted I worked around his schedule. When I got my screen repaired at another place, they asked where I had it done before several screws were missing and they commented on the poor quality of workmanship. The 'warranty/guarantee' are a joke. I recommend going somewhere more professional.Re the response:When I say screen I meant the glass in front, that was not fixed correctly because when it was replaced by a better repairer the screen was in fine working order, it was debris. Replacing the whole screen was never recommended either, not that it needed to be, the job just needed to be done properly.The hours I was asked to drop it off, no such after hours option was given only more hours that were during a normal working day.Please stop trying to shift the blame of your shoddy workman ship and poor customer service onto me.

During my travel to NZ i have dropped my good old Samsung S3 at Airport and have cracked the screen =( Because this was a present from my wife i have chosen to repair it instead of replacement with the new phone and with help of FairFix and especially Sean that was done quick and professional. Thanks!

Would not recommend. He has not repaired my phone entirely knowing that the screen would pop out again, and he says that I will have to pay again for the same service. I asked if he could just try and have a look, but apparently he did not want to waste his time. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

Absolute legend who run's the place. Nice, helpful and fast. Very well priced compared to all the other repair places I've been to. Highly recommend. Worth the extra journey for A ++ service.

Really great service. I have needed to have several screens replaced on phones recently as well as batteries replaced on iPhone in the past. Fairfax are always friendly helpful and quick. The work done is always high quality and I would highly recommend

Awful service. Went to repair a disfunctional touch screen on my iphone changed the screen which i paid $200 for. An hour later the phone went back to the same disfunctional state. I called him back and he said it doesnt seem to be the screen so i took it back and he said it was the motherboard and did not refund me for the screen as he said it was not his fault. I took it to omni who sent it to their head office to investigate the problem and they said it is definatley the screen. So he mis diagnosed the phone and then did not issue a refund. I highly reccomend going elsewhere even if it means paying a little more there is no guarentee with these guys. He recomended me to just sell off my phone on trade me when it wasnt even the motherboard. Stay away from these guys. Poor awful service.

Would not trust this place unfortunately. Very nice person working there, but was not very convinced with his knowledge and felt dodgy. Came to fix my IPhone 8 back screen and WiFi button. Was told on the phone one price, then while coming in store was told that he heard something else on the phone and it’s now a different price (even though I’ve asked my bf to call again and he told that lower price on the phone again).Still decided to give my phone and was told will be fixed overnight. Got a call the next day To come take it, as it needs back up. When I came I wanted to just transfer the photos through Airdrop, but for some reason it wasn’t working. So I’ve asked the guy in the shop to help me and he said he doesn’t know how to use IPhone... definitely not the place you want to fix your iPhone.Eventually went to a place in mt eden, got it fixed perfectly overnight for a cheaper rate + front screen cover replaced for free. Glad I didn’t come back
