Edit: Literally the most frustrating shopping experience I've ever had? The whole process stretched out for months, with us going without a functioning fridge for weeks at a time. We eventually requested a refund and the broken fridge was collected. It then took 2 WEEKS of me repeatedly emailing and requesting the status of my refund before I received my $600. No sense of urgency, totally unprofessional, and no sincere apology from anyone. Never buying from Trade Depot again and warning all of my family and friends against them.---We bought a brand new, $600 fridge freezer from Trade Depot a little over a month ago; on the 23rd of February we called to say that the fridge half was no longer cooling. We waited a week (with no functioning fridge!) for repair people to come look at it and tell us it needed a new seal; it's nearly four weeks later and they have not returned. Our email enquiry was not replied to, and when we called again it was unclear when the new seal is coming (or if it's even been ordered), and when we can expect to have a working fridge again.We are really disappointed and frustrated, and do not plan to shop at Trade Depot again. All the staff we've interacted with are lovely and we don't blame the sales representatives, but feel we have wasted our money - we have been without a fridge for almost a month and had to waste a large amount of food which has gone off as a result of this.

The transformation of the garage with new carpet makes it look and feel like part of the house. The installation went smoothly, with different people doing the preparation and final installation. I had good communication though the whole process. Well done team at Classic Carpets Flooring Xtra..

Wanting to carpet my new apartment I popped in for a look at Choices Flooring. There I met Sophie who was very knowledgeable of her products and was therfore able to make great suggestions and give wise advice.Nick the layer was also very accommodating of my moving needs. He made a lovely job of the laying and so I am very pleased with the final result.A great team and I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting new flooring.

Fabulous service from start to .. Great customer service and advice with selection choices from all staff in store. Very helpful. Installation was done when we wanted, and the installers were efficient, helpful and tidy. Highly recommend this company.

After my laundry flooded from all the recent weather, I was very impressed with how quick and easy it was to replace the floor. The team, led by Terry, were amazing to deal with and made the whole experience far less stressful that what I had anticipated. Thank you so much, would highly recommend.

Really pleased with the service/assistance I received from Tile Space Ellerslie and Carly Pennell in particular. Very helpful in guiding me through the selection process and they were happy to hold the tiles for me while waiting for the restoration of my home to take place following the floods. Delighted that they are actually starting to be laid now some 3 months later. Would happily recommend them to others for the selection of tiles and the service I received.

Our recent experience with Harrisons Carpet & Flooring - Waikato North was simply outstanding. The entire process from purchasing to installation was extremely easy and stress-free. The flooring consultant, Dan, was extremely knowledgeable about the products we chose and gave great advice about which ones would best suit our Home. Cody, Neiko and Kahu were all very professional when installing the vinyl and carpet respectively. They worked quickly and efficiently while still providing excellent workmanship. Great service from Harrison’s carpets with both our laminate and carpet installation. Treena came out to quote offering us great advice and prompt quotes, she had no issue coming back & forth with different quotes until we finally made up our minds.Lorraine kept us updated with timings which stayed on track throughout and was there for any questions.Both the laminate and carpet Installers were fantastic and worked hard to complete the job in timings provided.We’re really happy with the job and would highly recommend Harrison’s carpets
