Great experience dealing with Rex and Matt! I dealt with Rex in selecting our floorboards for our new house, the process was very easy and straightforward. Great guy. Installation went well and everything looked great. However, after we moved in we had a flood, unrelated to Floorboards, and unfortunately some of our flooring was affected. Rex and the team did an amazing job of quickly sourcing replacement material from Australia and getting it installed asap. Highly recommend Floorboards and the staff there.

We have used Floorboards on a number of projects now and they have been exceptional. From the extensive knowledge on they're products to working in with our clients they have gone above and beyond to get the best possible end results. Excellent service and work carried out by the team at Floorboards Flooring Store Hamilton. Had our home finished with Natural Oak floorboarding in a day and a half. Very clean looking finish and we are very pleased with the end result. Looking forward to using your expertise again in the future.

Highly recommend FLOORBOARDS. We were referred to Rex 2yrs ago when we wanted to replace some carpets with flooring. The experience was excellent and flooring really well priced. More recently we reached out as we have decided to extend out flooring to more rooms. Rex was great. He got in touch immediately and offered excellent options. We are now proceeding with the quote. I have no doubt that we will be just as pleased as we were the last time - the installer was exceptional, quick, neat and limited mess. High quality product and it looks amazing. Our small job was treated with the same care and attention to detail I would expect in a much larger project.The staff have gone above and beyond with one individual txting back details about our floor while on holiday overseas during the Christmas break. The young team that arrived to install the flooring were knowledgeable, careful and courteous, fixing our rookie reno blunders.All in all, a professional and efficient company.
