We always loved going there for chocolate, for the taste and the professionalism, but on my last 2 visits I found the friendliness and atmosphere different. Maybe the Covid effect. The chocolate still tasted super good but I felt like I was disturbing the day of the people working there (I didn’t even get a thank you nor good bye). Again, maybe it was a bad day so I will definitely go back but be more aware of the little details that make the differences between a good shop and a great one.

Just visited the shop after being closed for renos. Nice new look fantastic layout the chocolates are to die for. so many great flavours. fantastic little gift boxes. I also have a liquid chocolate shot that is divine.

Beautiful and tasty selection of chocolate treats, the staff was polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about not only their products but chocolate in general. Devonport Chocolates is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area, they also do online orders.

Awesome experience every time I visit Devonport. Their chocolate truffles and pralines are sooo great, they have plenty of flavors! Not to mention they get a visually beautiful packaging, very fitting for gifts. Love this small yet cozy store!
