Had potentially the worst customer service encounter of my life here last week - with the Manager of all people. Seems to be seriously lacking people and communication skills. I'd gone in to make a return which was refused but couldn't care less about that now. I'd rather not have the return than have to deal with Jaycar again. I used to shop here several times a year but I'll never be back.

Very helpful staff to our needs of speaker sizing to replace. Prices are great for the sound quality, can hear beforehand. They have many accessories for vehicles, as well. Having a club member with Jaycar gave as a discount on front and back speaker combo, simply awesome! Look forward too, coming back here.

Excellent customer service - Jaycar's staff really know their tech stuff. After many failed attempts at other stores, Jaycar helped locate the correct charger & tested it in my laptop to make sure it worked. Their advice is top-notch and accurate, whereas other stores tried to sell me chargers without testing and didn’t have a clue about amperage or compatibility! I only go to Jaycar now.

It was good but the thing that I wanted didn't go, and I have to go to someone that will install it. But besides that it's a great shop and the staff are nice and friendly, plenty of parking. Go check them out

I'm a club member and wanted to order a portable fridge online but the checkout page kept crashing so I drove there instead since it wasn't far and it's good to see the real-life size of things. Because we knew what we wanted we were pretty quick yet hey were very lovely and helpful and answered all of our questions. I would 100% recommend and go back if needed to.

Friendly team. Very helpful. We had to return an item that was faulty. The return process was great. The salesman completed the transaction in a timely manner and refunded the money back. Great customer experience :-)
