I got dulux chicken which was about $15 and beef and onions but didnt have much meat only 1 small pieces chicken on each slice and few beef on other also I got Hawaiian not as good as before.I called them they said that it is like that and they can’t do any thing.Really waste my money and my night.

We have lived in many places in NZ and have been customers to many of the pizza hut chains. This branch is head and shoulders above the others.The facility is clean and well maintained, staff professional, food comes out quickly and delicious. No scrimping on the topping at this branch.

When ordering online with quite a bit of lead time, you would expect your pizzas will be ready by the time you got there but it took another 15 minutes. So total waiting time from the time we ordered was more than 45 minutes. Yes it was probably busy but shouldn’t the order come out earlier than those who ordered later than ours? I reckon it’s managing the flow of orders. What’s convenient about ordering online when your order will only be prepared once you get there to pick them up?

Very upset. I ordered 2 large pizza's and this is what I get. The one is maybe 3 quarter of the other one and the biggest slice is not even bigger than my hand. Won't support them again.

The three pizzas I bought are poorly put together and they were cold by the time I got home seven minutes drive. The pizzas weren’t even cut properly and I had to cut them myself also found pizza crust in my desert cookie… Gross and and the customer service felt very weird and unsettling. I’m only giving them two stars because the pizzas were ready on time, wouldn’t recommend.

Got Margherita, BBQ and ham & pineapple pizza. Hard to find any toppings on them, mostly just cheese and tomato sauce. Stingy buggers.

Great destination, great food and an awesome overall customer service experience. The only few things that were rather concerning is the lack of bins inside which is annoying when wanting to put away rubbish and also the lack of seating but does make sense as the store is small and meant for takeaway.

I stopped by here after my group and I played paintball. It looked quite busy when we were there and the staff were keeping mostly to themselves. We did have to wait at the counter a little longer than usual but I didn’t mind. The pizzas were piping hot and fresh. Tasted great. I wished there was more seating (but this seems to be a trend now in many of these pizza places). I also wish there was a bin inside the store to throw away pizza boxes once finished with them but we found a bin a little bit down the footpath.

Friendly staff, went above and beyond. Well salted (delicious) fries and great pizza. Well worth the visit.
