Lana does an amazing job ensuring you aren’t just doing the workout she’s given but that you understand exactly what you should be feeling and what muscles you should be using. With Lana’s guidance I feel like I’ve discovered muscles that I’ve never even used before. Couldn’t recommend her classes enough.

Lana’s classes are challenging and really enjoyable. No two classes are the same and she adapts the class to suit the participants. The venue is comfortable and has lots of natural light. If you are looking for a Pilates class don’t hesitate !!
