Lovely staff member at counter gave great advice when I purchased roblox card codes. Most outlets in the area didn't have any cards left due to high demand but EB games are able to produce them in receipt form.

Came in last week to purchase a Xbox wireless headset that was around $400 but was on special $315 which was a great bargain to come across. Great friendly service from the staff who helped me in my queries of questions to purchasing at the counter. It’s really a bonus you can have the option of using the Layby app, would definitely recommend.

Couldn't exchange a shirt I bought for another size although was in new condition with bag and tags with receipt, also was told before buying I could exchange it if it wasn't right size as I was contemplating buying as a gift. Went to EBgames Botany with my manukau receipt and was able to exchange it.

I went here today to purchase a gift card for my nieces birthday and the service was great. The guy at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The store has moved next to JB-HIFI and its nice and new.

My favourite part about the visit is that the employees were in COSTUMES! Brilliant! Honestly made the walk around the shop a lot more brighter. The sale has pretty good prices and good range in games, PC and console accessories.

I am a HUGE guardians fan to say the least… Mark and the team went out of their way to get me the entire guardians set… and at fab prices too (yay to sales ;) )Would HIGHLY recommend Manukau Eb and a huge shout out to their manager Mark… he knows us by name and always checks in with how our family is going. He has been there since I was pregnant with my now 10 year old… and they know Mr Mark well…. He has such a warm, welcoming and awesome personality and sales skills that we just keep going back! ;) thanks again Mark and team!
