Really disappointing load of firewood. Some of it wet , lots of it too big and will have to be hand split. Pricey at $320 for 2 cubes so I expected dry wood of the right size. Your web site said bone dry shed stored. I had never expected to split so much of it.Photos are available .Phone response was he will charge me $50 to take it back and refund. He was really rude as well .Never again.

Good fast service and great wood from Undercut. I specifically requested dry wood and said I would test moisture content and would not take anything over 25%. I was told the wood was dry and it is absolutely perfect. I did test a few random bits and they all came up as 20-22%. Thanks again and good product
