2 degrees have gone to the dogs. DONT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I have spent nearly 4 hours waiting on the phone trying to contact them. I am off to Skinny who at least answer the phone!

We had been there on 12 April around 12PMMy wife and our one year baby girl was with meKris served us and we both asked him to cancel our monthly plan and he said he has cancelled our plans and you will get from text from 2 degree’s about this todayWasted our almost one hour and our problem didn’t sort outThe thing frustrates us more Kris lied to us about cancelling our plans and our plans still not cancelled yetCome on Kris you can do betterStop making your customers fool and work on your customer serviceI don’t know how you guys are running your businessBut reviews already showed how good your service is

Bought the new Samsung phone from here and really good customer service and advise from team member Krish. He was upfront and honest with his opinions and was very informative in helping choose the brand and model. Some items had to be ordered in and while there was a delay from supplier end, he did his part in keeping me updated and made contact as soon as ordered items arrived. Very dedicated and definitely an asset to the 2 Degrees team. Thanks a lot Krish, we'll definitely be back

Worst customer service by Krish Kumar at the store, he is a very rude person, kindly remove him from the store. I appeal to the higher authorities of 2 degree to look into this matter or I'll write it to the head office. I asked him about broadband issues and he told me that the store doesn't deal with broadband in a very ride way.

2degrees papatoetoe staff is very rude and not helpful.i try to exchange my iPhone but the lady was rude and told me we can't exchange the iPhone.every day I seen the ads on Facebook.that staff don't place my order and they say don't exchange this store.2degrees papatoetoe hire a good staff .very bad experience and I never go 2degrees papatoetoe again.

Appalling service at this 2 degrees store. No sense of urgency or care for that matter. Was directed by call center to head down local store much to my disappointment. Customer service also requires common sense, the staff here seemed to want to avoid helping people. Get it together, many of us don't have time to be going back and forth just to sort a simcard issue.

Very disappointed at the customer service of 2degrees. The Indian employees there are very rude n unhelpful. My wife tried to get a replacement sim card but the indian woman employee just denied my wife's request n walked away. Making excuses to not do their job.. The shop was not busy that time. The company needs to up their standards n hire better people.

never had such useless staff members. i tried calling countless times and yet not once have they ever picked up so i went into the store myself. they couldn’t even help me get a new phone and just seemed like they didn’t even wanna help at all. pathetic excuse to call any of them workers there seriously.

The staff totally non professional in Customer Service. Couldn't assist me at all. Full of total non-empathy. Explained my grave situation of not able to make call that to my 91 years of age mother residing in resthome who was so stressful as I was unable to get in touch with her.Requested if I could make a call to her by using their landline or anything but my repeated trequ3sts were turned down.Can't say anything but Shame on You
