This department very poor service ! The social care left the mental healthy patient at The car park area about 3 hours ! No one care her ! From 12:20 -3 pm The patient without lunch ! Just walk up and down the car park area , very danger area ! The social care lady car registration number is : MQY48 The team manager is useless ! Not dealing with this matter ! Never trusting they ! If your family need help that better fund who you are trusting In ! Very sorry for the patient ! I am the witness who close by !
